Hon. Rev. Robert Clements was born on 14 Dec 1595 in Blaby District, Leicestershire, England and died on 29 Sep 1658 in Haverhill, Essex County, Massachusetts, North America. On 14 Dec 1595 he was baptized. He arrived in 1642 in Massachusetts, North America. He married in 1614 in England to Lydia Unknown (c1595 - bef. 1642).

He was County Commissioner and was empowered to give the oath of Fidelity to the Haverhill residents. He was Associate Judge.
